The Kropfsteinerhof offers two comfortable and perfectly equipped apartments for your stay in South Tyrol. All apartments feature a living area, separate bedroom, bathroom and balcony.

Price information:

• The rates are per apartment and night for 2 people and in connection with a minimum stay of 3 or 7 nights
• For every other person from 5 years we charge 10.00 € per night
• Children under the age of 5 stay for free
• The Visitor's Tax of 2,40 € per night and person from 14 years will be charged separately
• Dogs are allowed for a fee of 5.00 € per night (please bring your own blanket or basket)
• From October to the end of March the minimum duration of stay is 7 nights and the minimum number of persons is 4 people

General terms & conditions:

• Arrival from 2 p.m. - departure by 10 a.m. (from monday to saturday)
• Smoking is not allowed in the apartments. You enjoy a much better view when smoking on the balcony...
• Booking: Your booking is confirmed once we re-confirm your booking and receive the deposit payment of 100.00 € to our account:

  Please state the following payment reason: Deposit, family name and the booked apartment. Once we receive the deposit your booking will be finalised. If we do not receive the deposit payment within five days, we reserve the right to consider the apartment as free again. If you would like to cancel your pre-booking, please send us a written cancellation message. The non-transfer of the deposit shall not constitute the written cancellation.
• Cancellation: Please not that in case of cancellation of a booked arrangement the following charges apply:
  30 to 14 days before expected arrival: 50%,
  from 13 days before expected arrival, no-show, late arrival and early departure: 100%.
  The deposit is excluded from this regulation and will not be returned in any case.
• Travel cancellation insurance: In order to avoid the costs that arise in case of cancellation, we recommend purchasing travel cancellation insurance.
• Payment methods: you can pay in cash (up to 4.999 €) or by bank transfer in advance. Unfortunately we do not accept EC cards and credit cards.
